Redfield College is an independent school for boys from Year 2 to Year 12. Founded by parents for parents, Redfield helps parents raise and educate their own children. Student required to work in the primary school: one on one with special needs children, general teacher's aide work and sports coaching.

Main requirements are spirit of service, ability to work with children and adults, sense of initiative, ability to slot into an Australian family as one more member of the family. Sport is an advantage but not essential.
